If someone physically/ verbally hurts you, it can be a one-off or sustained incident. It can also happen to anyone.
Specific types of bullying:
1. Homophobic
2. Racist
3. Religious
4. Sizeist
5. Sexist
6. Cyberbullying
7. Bullying because someone is different
1. | Talk to your parents/ carers/ teacher |
2. | If you don't feel comfortable talking to the teacher, you can see the school counsellor, welfare officer/ nurse |
3. | Ask a friend to help you talk to the teacher |
4. | In extreme cases, consider changing the environment/ schools |
1. | Talk to your parents/ carers/ close relatives |
2. | Youth workers and leaders may be able to help too |
1. | Tell a trusted adult |
2. | Report the abusive post on the social media platform |
3. | Keep reporting the bullying until it stops - no one deserves to be bullied |
